Administrative Assistant
to support our school's front office and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries professionally
Maintain student and staff records in both digital and physical formats
Assist in daily office tasks including data entry, filing, documentation
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and management for smooth communication
Support admission-related tasks and maintain relevant records
Manage school calendar and assist with scheduling meetings and events
Handle courier, inventory and basic office supplies management
Ensure a welcoming and efficient front office environment
Required Skills:
Good communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Polite, professional and proactive attitude
Prior school admin experience is an added advantage
