This profile should be based at Ahmadabad Office & responsible for all Office and General Administration, Hotel Booking, Travel Desk (Air Tickets arrangements for employees) from (Ahmadabad). Communication Skill & Computer Knowledge has been added advantage.
Basic administrative duties such as scheduling, Billing & Payments tracking of vendors, and Office Operations may be necessary for this position, as well as coaching and mentoring to travel employees. Strong computer skills are also important to utilize travel booking modules and other tools. Many years of experience in the travel industry and particularly corporate travel are generally required for this position.
