Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to manage day-to-day office operations and support the smooth functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with departments, manage documentation, and ensure efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Maintain and organize company records, files, and correspondence. Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and management. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner. Support HR and finance teams with documentation, payroll assistance, and employee records. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers. Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
