Job Description

We are hiring an

Admin Executive

for our client, a reputed firm in the architecture and structural designing sector. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in administrative roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily administrative activities and office operations. Business Development. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Draft and respond to emails, follow up with potential clients and maintain client relationships. Assist in preparing and filing tenders and other project documentation. Update and manage CRM systems regularly and accurately. Support management in day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
