We're looking for a
dedicated Administrative Assistant
to support daily operations, office coordination, documentation, and communication within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office activities, records, and documentation.
Assist in maintaining files related to sales, purchase, and inventory.
Draft and send professional emails, letters, and reports.
Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and clients.
Handle petty cash, vouchers, and expense reports.
Support management in scheduling meetings, calls, and administrative tasks.
Assist marketing team with coordination for social media and online operations.
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth functioning of daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
.
Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools (like Canva, ChatGPT, CRM, etc.)
