We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Vadodara office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain filing systems and organize documents for easy access
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
Provide administrative support to team members as required
Handle client and visitor inquiries professionally
Ensure the office is well-organized and runs smoothly
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
