Administrative Support
Assist in maintaining office organization, filing systems, and records.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and basic reports as needed.
Support inventory management of crystals, merchandise, and office supplies.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Assist management with data entry, correspondence, and scheduling.
Event & Marketing Support
Help organize and coordinate events, workshops, and product launches.
Assist with social media posts, email communication, and promotional materials.
Maintain and update client databases and mailing lists.
