Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Maintain and update office records, documents, and databases accurately.
Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle basic inquiries.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Provide administrative support to supervisors and other staff as required.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist in organizing events.
Ensure confidentiality and security of office files and information.
Perform any other clerical duties assigned by management.
