Assist the Admin Head in coordinating office operations and procedures.
Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as instructed.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Support internal communication and help organize company events or activities.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of office spaces in collaboration with facility management.
Track and manage fixed assets and administrative budgets.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discretion and confidentiality.
