Admin Assistant Wanted: Female Graduate Candidate.

We're a dynamic agency providing interpreters and translators to various businesses. We're seeking a highly organized and proactive female admin assistant to join our team. As an admin assistant, you'll provide top-notch support, manage client and interpreter communication, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Freshers are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client and interpreter communication, respond to queries, and handle bookings

- Provide general administrative support, ensuring high productivity and quality

- Proactively introduce services to potential clients and coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines

- Prioritize workloads, multitask, and solve problems effectively

- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals

Requirements:

- Strong command of English (English as a first language or medium of instruction)

- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills

- Confident on the phone and proficient in IT (good knowledge of Word, Excel, PDF, and Outlook applications)

- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively

- Graduates/Post-Graduates in English (as first language) or related fields (freshers welcome)

Work Arrangement:

- Work from home

- Agency works on GMT timelines

- Working hours to be discussed during the interview process
