Manage daily administrative operations, correspondence, and documentation (physical & digital).
Maintain monthly expenses, vouchers, and financial summaries.
Handle inward/outward courier records and track documentation.
Manage calls, emails, visitor coordination, and internal communication.
Oversee office supplies, inventory, and material stock registers.
Record raw & packing material entries; maintain all administrative registers.
Support HR functions: attendance, onboarding, and basic documentation.
Draft letters, reports, emails, and maintain testing/lab reports.
Manage government documentation (B Form, Challans, MIDC, MSEB, etc.).
Maintain accurate export documents and Gamma Challans.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience
Graduate in any discipline
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication & coordination skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
