Job Description

Rossette Coffee Lab is a fast-growing specialty coffee roastery on a mission to redefine how India experiences coffee. We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team in Delhi and be at the forefront of building strong client relationships and driving growth.

Responsibilities



Manage and organize company files, records, and documentation for efficient accessibility. Maintain and update client data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups. Handle B2C and B2B customer service via phone and email, delivering prompt and professional support. Provide executive and secretarial assistance to the Founders, including scheduling and correspondence. Coordinate daily office operations and internal communication to ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications/ Requirements



12th pass 0-6 months of work experience Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) CRM experience is preferred 6 days work week Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must). Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
