Provide general administrative support including handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
Support finance and HR with data entry, timesheets, and other admin tasks
Assist in coordinating office supplies, vendors, and logistics
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional office environment
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
