We are seeking an experienced and proactive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations at Ayodhya Eye Hospital. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospital administration and a strong understanding of healthcare workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee and coordinate daily hospital operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Cash Handling:
Manage billing, daily cash collection, reconciliation, and basic financial documentation.
HR Assistance:
Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, and staff records management.
Quality Compliance:
Assist in implementing and maintaining quality standards (e.g., NABH), audit preparation, and documentation.
General Administration:
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors, maintain supplies and inventory, and support senior management in administrative tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
