Key Responsibilities
Drafting, formatting, and sending professional emails
Creating and editing PowerPoint / Google Slides presentations
Managing Excel / Google Sheets data and trackers
Conducting online research and preparing short summaries
Organising documents, folders, and databases
Following up on emails and action items
Supporting ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks
Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience in an administrative / executive assistant role
Strong written and spoken English
Proficiency in
MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
(or Google Workspace)
Good formatting sense and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Comfortable working from a home office environment
