About Us


OLI Design Studio is a multidisciplinary design practice founded in 2018, offering turnkey solutions in architecture and interior design across commercial and residential sectors. Our work focuses on harmonizing nature and the built environment through thoughtful design and seamless project execution.

We are looking for a

proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Operations

to join our team and oversee the day-to-day administration, vendor coordination, and operational functions of the studio.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Management



Oversee office administration, documentation, and correspondence. Manage procurement of materials, supplies, and services for the firm. Maintain vendor databases, quotations, and purchase orders. Support HR functions including attendance tracking, recruitment, onboarding, and team coordination.

Operations & Coordination



Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Track project schedules, deliverables, and payments. Handle logistics for site operations and client meetings. Ensure smooth communication flow between design, procurement, and finance teams.

Finance & Compliance



Assist in invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash management. Maintain records for statutory compliances and contracts. Manage documentation and reports.

Office & Culture



Manage day-to-day upkeep of the firm. Support planning of internal reviews, events, and team activities. Contribute to building an organized, efficient, and positive work environment.

Requirements



Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in administrative or operations roles (experience in design/construction industry preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; basic understanding of accounting and documentation workflows. A hands-on approach and ability to work independently with attention to detail.
