We are seeking a HR Admin and Support Executive to join our team. As an HR Admin, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, accurate, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, maintaining employee records, and updating HR policies and procedures.
.Administrative tasks: answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

Qualification / Requirement
Bachelor's degree in any field
1+ years of experience in an HR administrative role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of HR best practices and
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
