We are a dynamic and fast-growing event management company specializing in corporate events, brand activations, weddings, and large-scale productions. We are seeking an experienced

HR & Admin Manager

to manage human resources and administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning across projects and offices.

Key Responsibilities



Human Resources



Manage end-to-end recruitment for the company Coordinate onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities. Maintain employee records, contracts, NDAs, and compliance documentation. Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and contractor payments. Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct aligned with company culture. Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally. Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal processes. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, contractor compliance) in coordination with consultants.

Administration



Oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities management. Manage vendor coordination (housekeeping, security, IT support, office supplies). Handle asset management, inventory records, and maintenance. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for events and staff. Support senior management with administrative reporting and documentation. Ensure smooth coordination between HR, accounts, production, and operations teams.

Event Support



Manage staffing requirements for events, including freelancers, coordinators, and support staff. Ensure timely documentation and payments for event-based manpower. Assist in manpower planning and budgeting for events. Be available for on-ground coordination during major events when required.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of HR operations and administrative processes. Experience in event management, media, hospitality, or production industry preferred. Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and basic payroll systems.

Qualifications & Experience



Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Administration, or related field. 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in event management or allied industries. Hands-on experience managing freelancers and contractual workforce.
