Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Coordination
Calling and coordinating with prospective candidates
Scheduling, confirming, and following up on interviews
Maintaining hiring trackers and basic recruitment records
Administrative & Office Coordination
Preparing Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and concise meeting summaries
Circulating MOMs to relevant stakeholders
Managing attendance records
Managing appointments and shared calendars
Vendor & External Coordination
Coordinating calls with product-based vendors for presentations
Scheduling and aligning meetings between vendors and internal teams
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification:
Graduate (mandatory)
Language:
English proficiency is mandatory
(spoken & written)
Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
Comfortable with phone-based communication
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and professional email etiquette
Preferred / Added Advantage
1-3 years of experience in administration, HR coordination, or office support
Prior experience in an Architecture, Interior Design, or any Service-Based company will be an added benefit
Exposure to recruitment coordination is a plus
