We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Administration and Field Support Coordinator

to oversee administrative operations and support field activities efficiently.

Location:

Thrissur, Kerala

Educational Qualification:

Graduate (any discipline); MSW preferred

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant positions

Age Limit:

Below 40 years

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and oversee administrative operations and field support activities. Assist in documentation, reporting, and communication between field teams and management. Monitor field activities and ensure compliance with organisational standards. Maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence related to field operations. Organise logistics for meetings, reviews, training programmes, and field visits. Liaise with community representatives, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth programme implementation.

Skills Required:



Strong organisational and coordination abilities Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to manage field operations and support administrative functions

Salary:

?20,000 - ?32,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Preference:

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
