We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing vendor payments, supporting HR/admin functions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
Maintain daily accounts and book-keeping in Tally or similar software
Handle vendor invoices, payment processing, and reconciliations
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation
Assist with monthly P&L and MIS reports
Coordinate with CA firms for audits and tax filings
Maintain petty cash records and expense sheets
Admin:
Manage office supplies, utility bills, and vendor relationships
Oversee repairs/maintenance coordination for office facilities
Maintain employee attendance and leave records
Assist with onboarding of new employees (document collection, seating, basic setup)
Coordinate with internal teams for event planning, travel bookings, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
