LOCATION : V TRUST EYE HOSPITAL , VADAKARA

Key responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing long-term strategies to improve hospital operations and patient care.

- Operational Management: Overseeing daily activities, managing resources, and optimizing workflows.

- Financial Stewardship: Managing budgets, financial forecasting, and prudent allocation of resources.

- Quality Control and Patient Safety: Implementing quality assurance programs and ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.

- Human Resource Management: Recruiting, training, and retaining competent staff.

- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and professional standards.

- Patient Care Coordination: Improving patient care by streamlining processes and reducing wait times.
