About the organization: TNI Career Counselling is a global admissions advisory, career counseling, and test prep venture catering to undergraduate, Master\'s, Ph.D., MBA & EMBA programs. Additionally, we work with institutions to provide counseling resources, workshops, webinars, and other outreach activities. We provide mentoring, test prep, and admissions guidance led by our founder Mr. Dhaval Mehta (University of Michigan, Columbia University, and Cornell University graduate). You will get to work with a truly global team and make your mark in the education industry. About the role: TCC is looking for a full-time candidate based in Pune to join our Human Resources and Administrative department and oversee the recruitment, operations, and administration. You will act as a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also assist in creating policies, processes, and documents. We have a lock-in period of 1 Year Office Timings: Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm; Saturdays 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Weekly Off: Alternate Saturdays Web & Social Media: www.tnicareercounselling.com,www.instagram.com/tnicareercounselling Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative, human resource, and customer support including taking calls, scheduling meetings, emailing, and internal coordination with team members
  • Providing information about service pricing and payment schedule to potential clients. Answer calls from clients regarding their inquiries and supports them until a solution
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system for clients, vendors, etc
  • Maintain petty cash, office supplies, office expenses, and bank statements for coordination with internal and external accounts
  • Coordinate with external technical support for maintaining hardware/software
  • Consult with Hiring Managers to identify needs and preferred qualifications for candidates
  • Conduct research on suitable platforms for hiring as per requirements, build job descriptions and post on various hiring platforms for full-time, interns, and freelancers as required
  • Complete initial interview rounds to understand fit and personality for roles before forwarding to the hiring manager if appropriate
  • Contact references and perform background checks. On confirmation, complete KYC formalities and prepare offer letters
  • Conduct new employee orientations & process paperwork such as NDAs & employment agreements etc and direct disciplinary procedures. Disseminate and follow the company\xe2\x80\x99s protocol
  • Plan and coordinate the workforce to use employees\' talents best. Resolve issues between management and employees
  • Assist in resolving administrative problems including office space bookings, data entry, and scanning documents where needed. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails. Coordinate enrollment and agreements with legal, clients, and tutors. Coordinate with phone calls, messages, or emails to clients for scheduling and starting sessions
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers, counselors, and directors. Coordinate with all internal departments on tasks and success. Recording minutes of meeting
  • Promote training and interaction for the well-being of employees through bi-weekly discussions. Arrange quarterly and annual reviews for employees.
  • Send invoices, walk clients through payment packages and options, and coordinate with the accounts team for payment collection and invoices.
  • Coordinate with mentors and other vendors to onboard them and provide training/induction, execution of contractual documents, and service walkthroughs.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Any other tasks assigned from time to time
Skills and Requirements:
  • Bachelor in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Proven work experience of a minimum 1 year as an HR administrative assistant, HR administrator, or appropriate position
  • Hands-on experience with HR software, like Zoho People, Zoho Books, etc
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Teamwork skills
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9240,000.00 - 9420,000.00 per year Benefits:
