Identify regional training needs and support the facilitation of workshops and interdisciplinary learning sessions aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote continuous learning and capability development.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Design and implement engagement strategies to boost morale, retention, and overall employee satisfaction.
Organize employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Act as a culture ambassador, supporting change management initiatives and fostering a values-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end HR operational activities including onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (Pocket HRMS).
Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare HR-related letters (offer, confirmation, experience, etc.).
Coordinate exit formalities and maintain proper documentation.
Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
Coordinate with campus teams for timely submissions and updates.
Support HR audits, MIS reporting, and data accuracy across functions.
