Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Responsibilities



Assist in day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, invoicing, payments, and receipts o Support in maintaining general ledger accounts and bank statement reconciliation o Help with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation o Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and maintaining financial records o Support internal and external audit processes by maintaining of past, present and future records. o Coordinate with vendors for payments and maintain proper documentation o Ensure accuracy in financial data entry and reporting o Work with Tally accounting software for data entry and basic reporting

Administrative Responsibilities



Manage office operations and maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) o Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally o Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars o Assist in HR activities including employee onboarding documentation o Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships o Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents o Support travel arrangements and expense management o Maintain visitor logs and handle reception duties when required o Assist in policy implementation and office procedure adherence o Handle document management, scanning, and archiving

General Support



Provide administrative support for day to day office needs,, Support to senior management and various departments o Coordinate between different teams for smooth workflow o Assist in project documentation and follow-ups o Support in organizing company events and meetings o Handle confidential information with discretion

Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Background



Preferred Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field o Additional certification in accounting or office management is a plus

Experience & Technical Skills



Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in finance/accounting and administrative roles o Proficiency in Tally, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) o Basic understanding of accounting principles and Indian tax regulations o Familiarity with office management software and tools o Good typing speed and computer literacy
