We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day academic and administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination between students, faculty, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle academic and administrative tasks including student records, documentation, and scheduling.
Assist with admissions, enrolment, and student inquiries.
Provide support for academic activities, meetings, and events.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff in both English and Malayalam.
Maintain accurate records and update databases as required.
Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
Perform general office duties such as filing, correspondence, and report preparation.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative or academic support roles.
Excellent communication skills in English , Malayalam & Hindi (spoken and written).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
