We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Admin-Cum-Receptionist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or front-office role within a

reputable hospital or clinic

. This role requires a professional who is equally adept at managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating patient care, and handling financial discussions.

Key Responsibilities



Front Office & Reception Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the facility, greeting patients and visitors warmly and managing the reception area efficiently.

Administrative & Operational Support:

Execute day-to-day hospital administration activities, including managing schedules, coordinating staff communication, and maintaining office supplies.

Patient Communication:

Professionally attend to all incoming telephone calls, manage inquiries, and schedule appointments for patients.

Billing and Financial Counseling:

Manage the

front office billing

process. Counsel patients effectively regarding their financial responsibilities, including estimates, payment options, and clarifying insurance-related queries.

Patient Coordination:

Facilitate seamless patient flow across different departments, ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately, and provide excellent support to enhance the overall patient experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Experience:

2-3 years

of relevant experience as an Admin or Front Office staff member within the

healthcare industry

(hospital or clinic setting).

Language Proficiency (Mandatory):

Fluency in

Kannada and/or Telugu

is essential for effective patient communication.

Administrative Acumen:

Must be well-versed in daily hospital/clinic administrative and operational procedures.

Coordination & Counseling:

Demonstrated skill in

patient coordination

and

financial counseling

.

Availability:

Immediate joining

is highly desirable.

Relocation/Commute:

Candidates must be willing to

relocate to the Marathahalli area

or already reside within a

5-7 km radius

for a convenient and reliable commute.
