Manage and update property information in the CRM system with complete accuracy.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups with leads and clients.
Track inquiries, maintain the lead pipeline, and share regular updates and reports with management.
Handle sales/client queries, providing details on projects, offers, and available properties.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams (sales, operations, and marketing).
Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, conversions, and client interactions.
Update property leads in the CRM software, monitor sold and unsold inventory, and provide ongoing support to the sales team.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, CRM & real estate sales support.
Proficiency in any CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
