Key Responsibilities



Smart Procurement & Vendor Management



Create compelling Request for Quotations (RFQ) and vendor comparison sheets Analyze quotations in Excel and provide strategic recommendations Build and maintain strong vendor relationships

Document & Compliance Excellence



Track and manage expiry dates of important business documents and certificates Set up smart reminder systems for timely renewals Maintain organized and efficient filing systems

Financial & Administrative Support



Handle essential accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records

Support HR activities including recruitment, manpower planning, and employee management

Coordinate business registrations and manage comprehensive project tracking systems

Provide seamless administrative support across all business operations.

Required Qualifications



Technical Skills



Excel Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Accounting Knowledge:

Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping Procurement Basics: Understanding of purchase processes, quotation analysis, and vendor evaluation.

System Proficiency:

Comfortable working with various software systems and quick to learn new platforms

MS Office Suite:

Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages

Experience & Education



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field 0-3 years of experience in administrative or business support roles Previous experience with vendor management and procurement processes preferred Knowledge of Indian business regulations and compliance requirements (advantage)
