Key Responsibilities:
1. Project & Operations Support
Assist in managing project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
Conduct basic testing of features/products for quality assurance.
Maintain and update task lists in project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
Draft or refine GitBooks/project documentation for clear guidelines.
2. Executive Assistance
Schedule and coordinate CEO meetings, events, and follow-ups.
Take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely execution.
Support CEO in daily tasks and special projects.
3. Content & SEO Oversight
Review, edit, and proofread blogs, web copies, and SEO content.
Conduct plagiarism checks and ensure adherence to best practices.
Support in maintaining consistency in brand communication.
4. HR & Recruitment
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Conduct initial screening calls and share feedback with the CEO.
Assist in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
5. Business Development Training

Prospect CXO-level profiles on LinkedIn via
Sales Navigator

Draft 40+ personalized connection requests/messages daily (with tools like
ChatGPT, Perplexity, DeepSeek
).
Execute structured follow-up sequences (3-10 days cycle).
Make 50+ calls per day (using company-provided data).
Research and verify prospect info (emails, TG IDs, Twitter handles) via
Apollo.io, Reply.io, ZoomInfo
.
Assist in email + LinkedIn automation sequences.
Learn workflow automation tools like
n8n, Make, Zapier
.
Requirements:
Graduate / Final-year student (any stream).
Strong interest in
admin, operations, and business development
.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, and willingness to learn new tools.
Detail-oriented, multitasker, and self-motivated.
