We are looking for a HR/Admin/Accounts Executive for our Two Wheeler Automobile Dealership Organisation.
Responsibilities includes:
Manpower Planning & Recruitment.
Ensure timely disbursal of Salaries and other reimbursements to employees and manage employees benefits like Pf, ESI and Gratuity etc. Tracking daily attendance.
Manage the Back office and front office staff and making reports , Maintain Excel sheets.
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
All trade licence , mediclaim and lic policies track and timely payment with proper record and review.
Vehicles tax, insurance and pollution updation and personal properties corporation tax, khajna, mutation etc. Updation and payment
Handle correspondence, emails, files, and official documentation
Support management with reports and coordination
Ensure smooth functioning of office processes
Maintain basic accounting records and entries
Managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accounts, preparing invoices, handling payments, and assisting with financial reports to ensure accurate and compliant accounting operations.
Support bank reconciliation and payment follow-ups
