We are seeking a dedicated
Admin & Accounts Assistant
to support our accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and experience handling financial documentation and office administration tasks.
Key Requirements
Qualification: Any Degree (B.Com preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MS Office applications
Strong attention to detail with good communication and reporting skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and admin-related roles
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting operations for project sites
Maintain invoices, bills, and handle accounts payable and receivable
Manage petty cash and oversee cash flow
Maintain accurate documentation of invoices, receipts, and payments
Assist auditors in filing GST, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
