Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
Job Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, billing, receipts, and expense records
Assist in preparation of financial reports, statements, and documentation
Handle office administration tasks including filing, scheduling, and data management
Coordinate with departments for smooth office functioning and task updates
Manage vendor invoices, payment follow-ups, and petty cash transactions
Prepare and update ledgers, vouchers, purchase records, and bank reconciliation
Assist in payroll preparation and employee documentation
Support management in report generation, account tracking, and audit requirements
Respond to emails, phone calls, and maintain communication logs professionally
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned administrative tasks
