- verify supporting documents, process claims as per policy, maintain records, and sharing it timely with Finance team.
Track and reconcile employee advances, travel claims, and other expense reimbursements.
Maintain records of invoices, payment proofs, and supporting vouchers.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reconciliations of reimbursements.
Administration
Oversee office facilities, supplies, and vendor management (stationery, utilities, housekeeping, security, etc.).
Support HR in documentation management.
Maintain administrative records.
