About the Role :
You'll gain hands-on experience running day-to-day operations in a fast-paced company, using Zoho's suite of applications to coordinate across teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure smooth workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee daily company operations end-to-end
Ensure processes are documented and followed
Stakeholder Coordination:
Speak with customers to gather requirements and relay them to the Operations team.
Liaise with vendors and communicate updates to Operations
Coordinate with Auditors, Finance, and Legal teams for compliance and reporting
Zoho Platform Usage:
Use Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, Zoho Invoice (and other Zoho apps) to track tasks, raise invoices, and manage data.
Generate and send client invoices; follow up on payments
Client & Finance Liaison:
Interact with clients to secure timely payments
Update payment status in Zoho Invoice and escalate any delays to Finance
