Job Summary



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Administrative Executive

to manage day-to-day office operations, provide administrative support to management, and ensure smooth functioning of all office activities. As a company dealing with heat pumps, accuracy and efficiency are essential to supporting our technical, sales, and service teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment. Handle phone calls, email communication, and customer inquiries. Maintain filing systems, office records, and documentation related to sales and service operations. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for management. Prepare reports, letters, quotations, and basic presentations as needed. Assist with procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory. Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and onboarding assistance. Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Handle travel bookings, event coordination, and customer follow-ups when required. Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer operations. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Hyderabad, Hyderabad - 500034, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
