Job Description

The Admin Trainee will support the administration team by handling data entry, maintaining records, organizing documentation, and assisting in daily office operations. The role requires attention to detail, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage information accurately.

Key Responsibilities



Perform accurate data entry and update internal databases. Maintain and organize physical and digital records. Assist in preparing, filing, and managing office documentation. Create and update Excel sheets, reports, and data trackers. Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify information. Ensure documentation meets company standards and guidelines. Provide general administrative support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification. Basic to intermediate skills in

MS Excel

(data entry, formatting, simple formulas). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information. Good communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
