We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Admin Trainee
to join our administrative team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day office operations, documentation, coordination, and facility management tasks. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in administration and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling daily administrative and office support activities.
Maintain records, files, and documentation (both digital and physical).
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for office requirements.
Support HR and finance departments with attendance, invoices, and expense tracking.
Manage office stationery, travel bookings, and courier services.
Handle meeting schedules, visitor coordination, and reception duties when required.
Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce / Management preferred).
0-2 years of experience in administration or office coordination (freshers welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with office management systems or ERP tools.
Basic understanding of documentation, procurement, or facility management.
Prior internship or experience in an administrative role.
