We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Admin Trainee
to join our team in Calicut. The trainee will assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in checking and verifying invoices and bills.
Coordinate hotel room bookings for staff, guests, or business travel.
Prepare and collect quotations from vendors.
Maintain documentation and filing systems (physical and digital).
Support general office administrative work as assigned.
Follow up with vendors and service providers when required.
Should travel across kerala and included in inauguration duties
Requirements:
Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Punctual and reliable.
