Job Title: Admin



Location : Chennai



Experience : Freshers to 6 months .



Key Responsibilities:



Manage visitor registrations, maintain attendance records, and issue visitor passes. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and oversee office supplies inventory. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless office operations. Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate teams.

Required Skills:



Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:



Any bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field. Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 of experience in a Admin role.
