Job Title: Admin



Location : Chennai



Experience : 0 to 3 months of experience



Key Responsibilities:



Manage visitor registrations, maintain attendance records. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless office operations. Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate teams. Act as a reliable point of contact for both internal staff and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:



Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Growth and Learning opportunities:



Exposure to HR operations and client relationship management. Hands on training in communication, office tools and administrative work.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field. Freshers or candidates with 3 months - 1 year of experience in an admin role.
