Job Summary:



We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, support internal teams and maintain records with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



1. Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized work environment.

2. Handle front-desk duties including visitor management, calls, emails, and courier handling.

3. Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory; coordinate with vendors for procurement.

4. Ensure compliance with company policies and support audits and administrative reporting.

5. Act as the point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications



? Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

? Good communication and interpersonal skills.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

? Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

? Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
