Key Responsibilities:
General Administration
Oversee overall office and site administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Supervise and coordinate with
security
and
housekeeping
teams to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Monitor attendance and performance of third-party staff (security guards, housekeeping, etc.).
Manage and maintain
stationery
stock, issue records, and procurement.
Handle
petty cash
transactions and maintain accurate records of expenses.
Labor & Accommodation Management
Supervise
labour accommodation
and ensure facilities are well maintained.
Handle any issues related to accommodation, utilities, or maintenance promptly.
Maintain records of
contract labour
and coordinate with contractors for manpower requirements, attendance, and compliance.
Canteen Operations
Coordinate with the
canteen vendor
for daily food arrangements.
Verify and
close monthly canteen bills
accurately.
Vendor & Facility Management
Liaise with vendors and service providers for timely supply and maintenance work.
Assist in contract renewals and maintain related documentation.
Other Duties
Support management in general administrative and facility-related activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in administration, facilities, or general office management.
Experience handling security, housekeeping, petty cash, and vendor coordination.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond quickly to operational issues.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Willingness to be available for urgent issues after office hours, if required.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of facility management and labor compliance.
Prior experience in handling canteen or accommodation operations.
Familiarity with basic accounting or petty cash management.
