Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance activities.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Prepare and maintain records, files, and reports.
Support management in scheduling meetings and preparing minutes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle petty cash and basic accounting-related tasks (if required).
