Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, couriers).
Maintain office records, files, and databases in an organized manner.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs.
Oversee office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
Assist HR in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records.
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting minutes.
Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities and equipment.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and reimbursements.
Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
