Maintain proper filing systems--both physical and digital.
Manage confidential files and sensitive company data.
Ensure documents are up-to-date, properly archived, and retrievable.
3. Communication and Coordination
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
Act as a liaison between departments and management.
4. Human Resource Support
Maintain employee records.
Track attendance and leave records.
5. Vendor and Asset Management
Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Track and manage office assets (computers, furniture, etc.).
Obtain quotations and ensure timely procurement of office items.
6. Finance and Accounting Support
Assist with petty cash handling and expense tracking.
Support invoice processing and billing coordination.
Prepare monthly expenditure reports.
7. Compliance and Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.
Support audits and maintain necessary compliance records.
8. IT and Systems Support (Basic)
Coordinate with IT for equipment issues.
Support email, printer, and access setup for employees.
9. Travel and Logistics
Arrange travel, lodging, and local transport for employees.
Handle visitor and client hospitality.
10. Event Planning and Support
Help plan and execute company events, meetings, and training sessions.
