Job Description

We are looking for a persuasive and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers to promote our products/services, provide information, and address any customer queries.

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Maintain herbal production areas, cleanliness, and safety standards Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or close sales. Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries or complaints. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Stay updated with product offerings and promotions. Follow up on leads or previous calls to ensure customer satisfaction or conversion. Maintain a positive relationship with customers and address their concerns professionally. Record customer details and conversations in the CRM system. Collect customer feedback and report it to the relevant departments. Prepare daily call reports and update the management team. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Assist in achieving team and organizational sales goals.

Requirements:

Bacherlor's degree in any Field. Strong communication skills. Experience in customer handling is a plus. In and around Pollachi female Candidates Prefrred.
