Handle daily administrative and office coordination tasks
Maintain employee, client, and project-related records
Prepare and update reports using
MS Excel
(data entry, formatting, basic formulas)
Manage emails, documentation, and internal communications
Coordinate with internal IT teams and management
Telecalling Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients, vendors, or leads for follow-ups and information
Handle inbound calls professionally and route them to concerned teams
Explain IT services/products at a basic level to clients
Maintain call logs and update CRM/Excel sheets
Follow up on inquiries, meetings, and demo schedules
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English and local language)
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, data management preferred)
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Professional phone etiquette
Qualification:
Any Graduate / 12th pass
(Computer/IT background preferred)
0-1 year experience
in admin, tele calling, or IT support roles
Freshers with good Excel knowledge can apply
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to IT services, software companies, or tech environments
Experience with CRM tools or internal management systems
