Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination. Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding. Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and databases. Support payroll, attendance, and other HR activities. Coordinate with clients and candidates professionally. Ensure smooth office functioning and assist management as required. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events.

Requirements:



Female candidates only

Local candidates (Vadodara) preferred

Any Graduate or Post Graduate

1-3 years of experience in Administration or Recruitment. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
