Position - Admin




Location - Village - Bajana, Taluka - Dasada, Distt. Surendranagar, Gujarat - 382745.




Experience - 5+ years

Roles & Responsibilities







1. Taking care of Vendor Bill Inward Entry and Forwarding to the Respective Department.


2. Documentation of Invoices, Supporting Documents to be collect from respective department, verify and keeping in file. As per instruction of CARE Team sending to HQ.





3. Admin Activities




a) Facilitate visits at Project, Food Arrangements,


b) Accommodation,


c) Vehicle management


d) Attendance of Workmen to HR


e) Inputs for Admin Budget,


f) Preparation of PR/PO/GRN of admin Related, Stationery,


g) Housekeeping,


h) GH Maintenance (including Agreement Renewal),


i) Staff Welfare and any other Admin related activities)





4. Labour office visit, PF officer, Contractor Statutory documents verification on VCM portal, Collecting data for Yearly Labour return, Prof. Tax payment and collecting Challan from Panchayat Office ( 3 District Locations)


5. Pass Non-PO Vendor JV for certified bill, Petty Cash payment and bill booking


6. More than 50 admin-related invoices need to be processed every month.


7. Scrap Reconciliation and facilitate disposal 8. Maintain Asset Register of Project Assets.
